By Order 02-042-T of the Minister of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, JSC Moji7o Lab was granted 6 000,00 € in funding under the measure No 02-042-T-0067 "Consultation and prototype of an updated airline ticket sales chatbot and support assistant based on modern artificial intelligence methods". The value of the project is 12 001,26 €.

The project aims to address the following issues: inefficient customer service in the airline ticket sales sector, excessive service delivery time, insufficient service accessibility, and the inability to provide personalized and high-quality service. These problems often arise due to a lack of adequate technological solutions, which prevent the automation and personalization of the customer service process.

The objective of the project is to develop and implement an AI-powered chatbot and support assistant designed to automate and personalize customer service processes within the airline ticket sales system. The goal is to improve service quality, reduce service delivery time, and increase service accessibility. This solution will effectively address the problem of inefficient and slow customer service by ensuring fast and accurate processing of customer inquiries, while also reducing operational costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

 

The total budget is 6 000,00 €, the amount of funding allocated by the EU fund is 12 001,26 €.
The project is jointly financed by the investments of the European Union funds for the years 2021-2027 at the expense of the program.

The project was launched in 2024 December 11 and will be implemented by 2025 December 11.
